Leonardo DiCaprio, Warner Bros. Team Up for "Twilight Zone" Movie

Leonardo DiCaprio's studio, Appian Way, and Warner Bros. are teaming up to make another big screen adaptation of "Twilight Zone." They hired Rand Ravich to write the script based on the iconic TV series.

Ravich is best known for directing "The Astronaut's Wife" and executive producing "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind." He's also the brains behind NBC's detective show "Life."

The last time "Twilight Zone" was turned into a movie by WB was 1983's "Twilight Zone: The Movie." Steven Spielberg and John Landis produced and directed segments of the film, but my favorite was the one with John Lithgow, the airplane episode. William Shatner played the character in the original TV episode called "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet." To this day, I look and peek out the airplane window to see if there's a demonic creature playing with the wing of the plane :happy

Rod Serling, of course, is THE "Twilight Zone" and no word yet if DiCaprio will be involved in front of the camera.
