So Long "Dumb and Dumber!" Jim Carrey Leaves Planned Sequel!
First of all, why make a "Dumb and Dumber" sequel? The first one was funny, but the prequel was horrible! And the Farrelly brothers, I love them but they haven't really made a good comedy in a while!
So, is that why Carrey is leaving the planned sequel that was set to shoot this fall? According to Movies.com by way of Entertainment tonight, Carrey was supposedly upset that no one at New Line or its big sister, Warner Bros., was enthusiastic about the sequel.
Um, can you blame them?
Through his publicist, Carrey said, "I would have thought Dumb and Dumber Two was a no-brainer, after all it's implied in the title."
Oh, I got it!
