I sat down with the actor/musician for the upcoming romantic comedy "New in Town" starring Renee Zelwegger.
He's a very sweet man, calm, cool, collected.
We talked about making the film, his character, Ted Mitchell, working with Renee, and shooting the film in deep, freezing cold!
Here you go, and have fun always!

Hogan also talks about working with Renee Zelwegger.
Oh yeah, she also taught me a sentence speaking the good, old Minnesotan accent
Here you go and enjoy!

First it was a John W. Campbell Jr. short story called "Who Goes There." Then, it became a 1951 Howard Hawks film call "The Thing From Another World."
Then, John Carpenter put his own stamp of paranoid horror to the short story in the 1982 flick simply called "The Thing."
Now, Universal is bringing back "The Thing" with a whole new vision! "Battlestar Galactica" executive producer, Ron Moore, is writing the script, and Matthijs Van Heijningen, famous for directing commercials for Toyota and Pepsi among others, is set to helm.
"The Thing" is one of my guilty pleasures, and it brings back my memory as a child entranced with watching horror flicks! So, this is kind of exciting!

The third chapter in "The Chronicles of Narnia" series sets sail to Fox 2000. The franchise was let go by Disney last month, but now, Fox is developing "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" targeting the holiday season of 2010.
Director Michael Apted is still attached, and the main cast, including actor Ben Barnes, are expected to stay.

The wintry New Ulm, Minnesota is the setting of the film “New in Town.” But this supposed warm romantic comedy left me cold like its arctic backdrop.

But that opportunity will make Lucy move from the warm Miami to the blistery cold New Ulm. What’s a tropical girl to do? Read More...
