First stop, "Australia." My my, that movie came out on DVD quickly! "Australia" was just released in November, and just barely three months later, you can enjoy it in the comfort of your home!
Check out my review of the film right here.
Also out on DVD, "Beverly Hills Chihuahua." It's a cute, harmless film, that will bring joy to your hearts

"Beverly Hills Chihuahua" Movie Review
Also out on DVD, "I've Loved You So Long" with the great Kristin Scott Thomas. I think the actress was severely overlooked by the Academy.
And if you're in the mood for another "Ace Ventura" movie, then check out, "Ace Ventura Jr:Pet Detective." The title pretty much says it all.

Jessica Rabbit from "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" has been voted the sexiest cartoon from a survey carried out by Cadbury Dairy Milk.
37% of voters found Miss Rabbit irresistible, while Betty Boop was the second sexiest with 21%. The Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel Bunny came in third with 10%.
The three alluring characters fend off stiff competition from Cinderella, Wilma Flinstone, Snow White, and Daphne from "Scooby Doo."
So why initiate a creepy survey about the sexiest cartoon?
Well, Cadbury is celebrating the return of their own bunny to billboard and magazine advertisements. Oh, I see.
Some interesting tidbits:
*** 1,000 people were asked
*** 28% said body shape is the most alluring quality, while others said enticing eyes and a memorable voice
*** Jessica Rabbit's red dress was voted the most recognizable clothing while Snow White's yellow and blue dress came in second
Clothing, eyes, body-shape of a cartoon character? Like I said, it's kind of creepy

So apparently, Tom Selleck has launched a campaign to star in the movie version of "Magnum P.I." because studio bosses have not approached him...yet.
Keep in mind, the original 1980s series was one of the highest-rated shows on TV during its eight year run! But honestly, and I hate to be ageist, isn't the 64-year-old actor a bit old for the part?
Selleck revealed to WENN:
"They haven't called, they haven't written. I keep hearing they're developing one but I don't know whether I'm going to be in it... but they keep doing (fan) polls, and I keep winning them."
Aw...Mister Tom and his glory days

"The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" didn't win the top Oscar Best Picture prize, but it continues to win the hearts of moviegoers overseas!
The Brad Pitt-starrer kept its top spot for the fourth consecutive week! Just this past weekend, the film took in $13.4 million from 60 territories for an international box-office total of $176 million, and that's just outside of the U.S.
Meanwhile, Clint Eastwood grabbed No. 2 and Tom Cruise settled for No. 3. "Gran Torino" earned $8.3 million from 10 markets while "Valkyrie" sold $7.6 million in ticket sales from 57 markets.

In the film, Emily Blunt plays a young Queen Victoria, and she says, she "literally begged" for the part!
Blunt further reveals:
"It's one of those rare roles - I loved the new revelations of Victoria. She was so complicated and it's beautifully written. You saw the performance side and then you saw her private life behind closed doors and I loved that dual existence."
So see movie buffs, if talent is just not enough (and Miss Blunt certainly has abundance), then begging may work!
"The Young Victoria" opens in the U.K. on March 6th, no word yet on U.S. opening date.
