The new "Total Recall" wants us to forget the original Paul Verhoeven movie with the release of the brand new trailer. Columbia Pictures unveiled the new clip and it's quite tasty. Starring Colin Farrell, Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel, Bryan Cranston, and John Cho, "Total Recall" is based on Philip K. Dick's short story "We Can Remember It For You Wholesale" and follows the story of factory worker Douglas Quaid (Farrell) who enters the mind-trip realm to escape his life only to find out his world turned upside down.
In the original film, we all remember the shot of the obese woman who turned out to be Arnold Schwarzenegger. The trailer for the new film pay homage to that scene, sort of, when it shows Farrell morphing into different people. Is the remake better than original? We'll find out when "Total Recall" opens August 3rd.

Box-office titan "The Hunger Games" remained the champion in its second weekend with $61.1 million for the No. 1 position. Neither "Wrath of the Titans" nor "Mirror Mirror" could unseat the popular film. Starring Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss and Josh Hutcherson as Peeta, "The Hunger Games" broke a new record -- the fastest nonsequel to cross $250 million in just 10 days. ("The Hunger Games" movie review)
The sequel to "Clash of the Titans" with the returning Sam Worthington as Perseus opened at No. 2 with $34.2 million, a far cry from the original's box-office opening success of $61.2 million. But overseas, "Wrath of the Titans" was a box-office god, opening at No. 1 with $78 million. ("Wrath of the Titans" review right here, win prizes from the movie right here)
"Mirror Mirror," the campy retelling of "Snow White," debuted at No. 3. Starring Julia Roberts as the evil queen, Armie Hammer as the prince, and Lily Collins as Snow White, "Mirror Mirror" took in $19 million. ("Mirror Mirror" movie review)
At the specialty box-office, the Weinstein Co. documentary "Bully" was off to a good start with $115,000 in just five theaters. This is a good sign for a movie I'm calling one of the most important films of the year. ("Bully" movie review)
"Salmon Fishing in the Yemen" was also a bright spot at the specialty box office. Directed by Lasse Hallstrom and starring Ewan McGregor and Emily Blunt, the indie film placed at No. 7 with $1.3 million.
Here's the estimated Top 10 Box-Office Films for weekend of March 30th:
1. "The Hunger Games," $61.1 million.
2. "Wrath of the Titans," $34.2 million.
3. "Mirror Mirror," $19 million.
4. "21 Jump Street," $15 million.
5. "Dr. Seuss' the Lorax," $8 million.
6. "John Carter," $2 million.
7. "Salmon Fishing in the Yemen," $1.3 million.
8. "Act of Valor," $1 million.
9. "A Thousand Words," $915,000.
10. "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island," $835,000.

Here's more on the movie from Yahoo:
Synopsis
A decade after his heroic defeat of the monstrous Kraken, Perseus - the demigod son of Zeus - is attempting to live a quieter life as a village fisherman and the sole parent to his 10-year old son, Helius. Meanwhile, a struggle for supremacy rages between the gods and the Titans. Dangerously weakened by humanity's lack of devotion, the gods are losing control of the imprisoned Titans and their ferocious leader, Kronos, father of the long-ruling brothers Zeus, Hades and Poseidon. The triumvirate had overthrown their powerful father long ago, leaving him to rot in the gloomy abyss of Tartarus, a dungeon that lies deep within the cavernous underworld. Perseus cannot ignore his true calling when Hades, along with Zeus' godly son, Ares, switch loyalties and make a deal with Kronos to capture Zeus. The Titans' strength grows stronger as Zeus' remaining godly powers are siphoned, and hell is unleashed on earth. Enlisting the help of the warrior Queen Andromeda, Poseidon's demigod son, Argenor, and fallen god Hephaestus, Perseus bravely embarks on a treacherous quest into the underworld to rescue Zeus, overthrow the Titans and save mankind.
