MOVIE REVIEW: "INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL"

Watching “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” is like visiting a long, lost friend. It’s fun to see your pal once again, but there’s a bittersweet sadness to it all. Deep inside, you know that you and your friend will never be the same as you both were many years ago.

Sitting inside a theater in the world-famous Paramount Studios, I was giddy, nervous, and hopeful that the new “Indiana Jones” movie would be good. As soon as I saw the Lucasfilm brand followed by the 1980s-era Paramount logo, I knew I was entering familiar territory.

But then, something was amiss. Director Steven Spielberg and company always play with Paramount’s MajesticMountain logo. FIRST LOOK: SEAN PENN AS SLAIN GAY CITY OFFICIAL HARVEY MILK

I first heard of Harvey Milk when I saw the thought-provoking 1984 documentary by Rob Epstein called "The Times of Harvey Milk." If you haven't seen this film, watch it now!

My friends at Focus sent me the only approved photo of Sean Penn in character! Take a look! Read More...

There's a growing buzz about this film co-written and directed by Ben Stiller. First, the character that Robert Downey Jr. is playing, is an award-winning Caucasian actor who undergoes some weird operation so he can play an African American.

Then, Tom Cruise's cameo as an overweight producer is garnering lots of praises. Many insiders are now thinking about him for roles he wasn't considered before!
