"Babylon A.D." Director Unhappy with the Movie

Director Mathieu Kassovitz is VERY unhappy with the final cut of his flick, "Babylon A.D."

He's blaming Twentieth Century Fox!

Kassovitz is pretty much blaming everyone but himself, on why the film turned out crappy!

The film is set to open this Friday, and to this day, I still haven't heard an invite from Fox about a critics screening.

UH-OH!!! NOT A GOOD SIGN!!!

Click here to find out why Kassovitz is really, really ticked off!

New "Chanel" Movie Moves Forward

The biopic about the iconic Coco Chanel is moving forward, with Warner Bros. coming aboard!

The production, with the working title of "Coco Avant Chanel," is set to begin Sept. 15 in Paris, and "Amelie's" Audrey Tautou is to play the fashion legend.

Anne Fontaine will direct the film (planned 12-week shoot), from the script she co-wrote with Camille Fontaine based on the Chanel biography "L'Irreguliere" (The Nonconformist) by Edmonde Charles-Roux.

The best part? The movie will feature dresses from the Chanel collection, with Karl Lagerfeld supervising the re-creation of costumes and accessories!

Watch "No End in Sight" in its Entirety in YouTube

Between Sept. 1 and Nov. 4, you'll be able to see the Oscar nominee and Sundance winner (special jury prize) "No End in Sight" in YouTube!

Uncut, commercial free, and in its full entirety, "No End in Sight" is the first widely released feature film to play on YouTube.

The documentary takes a critical look on the early months of the war in Iraq.

It's one of my favorite films last year, so make sure to watch it on YouTube!

"Doctor Who" The Movie?

Steven Moffat, the award-winning scriptwriter and is the current driving force of the TV show, is saying that he's keen to see "Doctor Who" made into a feature film.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Moffat is heard saying:

"It would be good to see it in the cinema so long as it is great and fantastic," he said, speaking at a master class on the show at the festival here. But he cautioned that the the movie would need careful handling.

"I'm not against it ... so long as it never gets in the way of the TV show. If it got in the way of the show that would be appalling."

Cher as the Catwoman? Johnny Depp as the Riddler? What?

Okay y'all, this may be just pure fantasy right now, but according to the Telegraph, Cher is in talks to play Catwoman opposite Christian Bale in the third Batman film from Christopher Nolan.

Huh?

Look, Cher is a good actress ("Mask," "Silkwood," "Moonstruck") but isn't this a stretch?

But wait, the Telegraph is also claiming that Johnny Depp will play the Riddler, and that filming of the new Batman movie is due to begin in Vancouver early next year, with a working title of "The Caped Crusader."

More eyebrow raising quote?

A studio executive said: "Cher is Nolan's first choice to play Catwoman. He wants to her to portray her like a vamp in her twilight years.

OMG! Who are their sources? Too good to be true! AND, I don't think there's a script written yet.

So this may all just be rumors y'all.

Sorry Cher fans!
