Yay! Heather Graham is Returning for "Hangover Part III"

The first "Hangover" was a comedic gem, the second, was an exact replica of the first but it was missing its heart -- Heather Graham's stripper character. So, I'm very happy to report that the actress is returning for Todd Phillips' threequel, "The Hangover Part III" from Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures.

Graham's Jade was a Las Vegas stripper who fell in love with Ed Helms' Stu. But for "Hangover Part II," Jade did not go to Thailand with Helms, Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, and Justin Bartha.

The super-secret plot for the third installment is under wraps, but Graham will reunited with other franchise veterans Mike Epps and Ken Jeong.

"The Hangover Part III" will be unveiled on May 24, 2013.

Magnificent Seven" Remake Gets a Writer

MGM is moving forward with their planned remake of "The Magnificent Seven" starring Tom Cruise. The studio has hired Nic Pizzolatto to write a script for the remake which was itself a remake of Akira Kurosawa's 1954 gem, "Seven Samurai." The original starred Yul Brynner, Steve McQueen, Charles Bronson, James Coburn, Robert Vaughn, Brad Dexter and Horst Buchholz. They played a group of American gunmen hired to protect a small Mexican village from a group of baddies headed by Eli Wallach.

According to Variety, production of the remake could still be a ways off because of Cruise's schedule.

For now, take a look at the original 1960 movie:

Behold! First Look at Russell Crowe as "Noah!"

He's a little scruffy, a little downtrodden, but that's just the way we like seeing Academy-Award winner Russell Crowe. He stars as Noah from Academy-Award nominated director Darren Aronofsky's "Noah." The "Black Swan" helmer is moving from dancing and entering the Biblical world of Noah's journey. Co-starring with Crowe are fellow Oscar winners Sir Anthony Hopkins as Methuselah and Jennifer Connelly as Naameh.

I'm excited to see this film! The only bummer is we have to wait 40 days and 40 nights to be able to see the movie, that translates roughly to about March of 2014. :happy
