My Fun Interview with Taylor Lautner for "Abduction!" I Was Very Impressed with the Actor!

I was very impressed with Taylor Lautner in person. I have interviewed stars his age and most of them were not as astute and humble as the "Twilight" actor. So I have nothing but respect for Lautner.

In "Abduction," he stars as Nathan, a young man with an identity crisis. Upon finding his baby photo on a missing persons website, he embarks on a truth-seeking journey. Who is he?

In this interview, we talked about:

*** Who's better, Robert Pattinson or he? Just kidding! What attracted him to the movie, and why he chose "Abduction" as his first leading man role?
*** Why the film is fun and thrilling!
*** The two hardest scenes to make are his two favorite scenes as well
*** Has he found his true self yet?

HAVE FUN!

Sigourney Weaver and Alfred Molina Interview "ABDUCTION!" I Love Them!

Now my life is complete. I have interviewed the iconic Sigourney Weaver! And pairing her with Alfred Molina is the icing on the cake! Both veteran actors help elevate "Abduction." And they have great words for their co-star, Taylor Lautner.

Weaver is the mysterious Dr. Bennett in the film while Molina is Burton, the CIA agent hot on Nathan's (Lautner) trail.

In this interview, we talked about:

*** What attracted them to making the movie?
*** Sigourney Weaver is a Twilight fan
*** Her role of the therapist who hates balloons
*** What attracted Molina to his character Burton?
*** The script
*** And the money wasn't bad
*** Working on the set

Director John Singleton Interview for "ABDUCTION!" How He Shaped Taylor Lautner as An Action Star!

I've always wondered how John Singleton would be like in person. He's an intriguing director who started his path with the career-defining "Boyz n the Hood" in 1991. Since then, Singleton has mixed genres directing films like the unnecessary remake "Shaft" or the historical drama "Rosewood."

Singleton even found time to direct the sequel "2 Fast 2 Furious" and the crime drama "Four Brothers."

Now, the director is shaping "Twilight's" Taylor Lautner in his first leading man role in "Abduction." And I finally met Singleton. He's reserved but can be chatty, especially when talking about Lautner, the action star.

In this interview, we talked about:

*** How Lautner lassoed him to be the director of the film
*** Why he thinks the actor is an action star
*** The great cast!
*** The backstory of Lautner's Nathan
*** The two scenes I love the most
*** The biggest challenges in making the film
*** The film is about finding your own self, has Singleton found his place in the sun yet?

HAVE FUN!

Check Out New "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" Trailer! Is This Better than the Swedish Version?
I can't wait to see this movie just to do my own compare and contrast assignment. Like "Let Me In" before it, "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" is an update of the fantastic Swedish film directed by Niels Arden Oplev based on Stieg Larsson's novel "Man som hatar kvinnor."

So, will Rooney Mara be better than Noomi Rapace as Lisbeth Salander? Is Daniel Craig good enough to step into Michael Nyqvist's shoes as Mikael Blomkvist?

And does David Fincher understand the intricacies of Larsson's tale as deep as Oplev did?

We'll find out on December 21st when the American version arrives in theaters. For now, take a look at the brand, spanking new trailer of "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo," the U.S. version, of course!
