"The Three Stooges" to Return to the Big Screen

That's right, "The Three Stooges" will invade theaters once again. Obviously, the film will not star the original actors, but Moe, Larry, and Curly will be revived!

Who's directing? The Farrelly Brothers of "There's Something About Mary" fame are set to helm!

Here's what Peter Farrelly told Daily Variety:

"It’s not a biopic. It takes place in present day, and they look, dress and sound exactly like the Stooges."

Also, there's a plan to do an "American Idol" type of search for the actor to play Curly!

The movie's set to open on Nov. 20, 2009.
