Pitted against highly-trained Tributes who have prepared for these Games their entire lives, Katniss is forced to rely upon her sharp instincts as well as the mentorship of drunken former victor Haymitch Abernathy. If she's ever to return home to District 12, Katniss must make impossible choices in the arena that weigh survival against humanity and life against love.

"Happy Feet Two" Movie Review -- How Many Kisses Do Mumble and Erik Get?

In 2006, “Happy Feet” became a critical and commercial success culminating with an Academy Award win for Best Animated Feature. In 2011, the franchise continues to tap dance its way into our hearts with a brand new sequel that stays true to the spirit of the original.

“Happy Feet Two” starts with a rollicking production number featuring the penguins of Emperor Land singing and dancing to the tune of Janet Jackson’s “Rhythm Nation” among others. Within the film’s first five minutes, you will notice that the production design is much better, the animation is sharper, and the dance routines are far better choreographed. Read More...

"Immortals" -- Box-Office God!

"Immortals" reigned supreme at the box-office! The Regency Pictures flick debuted at No. 1 with $32 million. Starring Mickey Rourke and the soon-to-be-Superman, "Immortals" from director Tarsem Singh was beautiful to look at, but narratively empty, but to no avail -- moviegoers embraced the eye-candy Greek mythology flick. ("Immortals" movie review)

Meanwhile, Adam Sandler's not-too-funny crossdressing comedy settled for No. 2 with $26 million, that's below studio expectations but still a strong opening for Sandler.

Previous weekend's box-office champ, "Puss in Boots" fell to No. 3 with a still respectable $25.5 million box-office take. So far, our favorite furry feline has hauled $108.8 million total.

"J. Edgar," in limited release, still muscled a strong $11.5 million for the No. 5 position. Starring Leonardo DiCaprio and directed by Clint Eastwood, "J. Edgar" was helped by DiCaprio's performance, but ultimately, the film did not have anything to say. ("J. Edgar" movie review)

Here's the Top 10 Box-Office films for the weekend of 11/11/11:

1. "Immortals," $32 million
2. "Jack and Jill," $26 million
3. "Puss in Boots," $25.5 million
4. "Tower Heist," $13.2 million
5. "J. Edgar," $11.5 million
6. "A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas," $5.9 million
7. "In Time," $4.2 million
8. "Paranormal Activity 3," $3.6 million
9. "Footloose," $2.7 million
10. "Real Steel," $2 million
