And the Title of "Star Wars: Episode VII" is...

The Force Awakens! Apparently, the Force has been sleeping through the last "Star Wars" movies!

And predictably, it didn't make everyone happy when it was revealed on the film's Twitter and Facebook accounts.

Some sample snarkiness:

New Star Wars title not bad, just feels a little forced.
I had my money on STAR WARS INTO DARKNESS.
And my favorite, Shhhhh. The Force is a very light sleeper.

But not everybody will be happy with the most over-hyped, over-talked contemporary movie! Honestly, while I"m not a fan of the title, I really couldn't give a flying f&*^

I'm tired of hearing about "Star Wars" sequel period!!!!! Just do the movie, make money, and then do more sequels to satisfy the new home of "Star Wars," Walt Disney Pictures!

And honestly? I'm beginning to hate J.J. Abrams!!! The last "Star Trek" movie wasn't that good, it made me long for the original, much better "The Wrath of Khan!" I'm slowly learning to despise him the more he talks about his new pet project!

So while everyone is watching "Star Wars, ahem, The Force Awakens" I'll be basking in the glory of the first three "Star Wars" movies. No, not the Sith Revenging or Clones Attacking, more like the Empire Striking Back by Way of the Jedi Exacting Revenge. That is, ultimately, my New Hope!

Peter Jackson Shares New Trailer for "The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies"

Peter Jackson shared the new trailer of "The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies" on his Facebook page and said:

We previewed this for our lucky Fan Fellowship winners on Monday, but now it’s your turn! Enjoy the new trailer for “The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies.” Cheers, Peter J.

Unlike the underwhelming new trailer for "Into the Woods," this one I'm actually dying to see! Bring it on!

New "Into the Woods" Trailer Comes Out But Sorry, I'm Not Impressed!

The new trailer for "Into the Woods" came out today but somehow, I wasn't thrilled! Look, I'm a die-hard showtunes queen LOL, I celebrated "Chicago," "Mamma Mia," "Les Miserables!" But I wasn't feeling it with the new trailer for "Into the Woods." Sure, Meryl Streep sang, and ooooh, she's a witch! The look of the movie is like a cross between "Maleficent" and "Jack the Slayer." So, I'm not buying this trailer, but my fingers are crossed that the movie will be much, much better! I hope! Let that be my Christmas wish!
