"Entourage" the Movie?

Hold on "Entourage" fans, don't get excited yet! But it seems plausible and possible. After all, HBO gave us "Sex and the City the Movie," and the upcoming sequel, so the cable network may also produce "Entourage" the movie.

Executive Producer Mark Wahlberg revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that there are two seasons left of the show, and yes, a movie!

"We'll see; there could be more," he said at the premiere of his latest film, "The Lovely Bones." "But then, a movie."

HBO seems on board with the idea.

"It is not out of the realm of possibility," an HBO spokeswoman said about the prospect of an "Entourage" movie. "Right now, the creators are concentrating on the new season."

So there you have it, "Entourage" fans, start bombarding HBO with emails requesting a film version!

Leonardo DiCaprio Gets Animated for "The Guardians"

Leonardo DiCaprio is getting 'toon up for the very first time! He'll make his cartoon debut in "The Guardians" from DreamWorks Animations. DiCaprio is set to voice the Jack Frost character with a twist!

Variety told us that "The Guardians" reimagines five popular childhood heroes -- Santa, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, the Sandman and Jack Frost -- as members of an elite superhero squad who join forces to fight an evil spirit named Pitch (which suggests there are at least five more juicy voice parts yet to be filled).

The film is based on an upcoming series of books by William Joyce called "The Guardians of Childhood." Peter Ramsey, who directed the DreamWorks Animation special "Monsters vs. Aliens: Mutant Pumpkins From Outer Space," is set to helm.

"The Guardians" is targeted for release on Nov. 2, 2012.

Johnny Depp to Star as Mexican Revolutionary Hero Pancho Villa?

Johnny Depp is in negotiations to play Pancho Villa, the Mexican revolutionary hero, for director Emir Kusturica. The film is going to be called "Seven Friends of Pancho Villa and the Woman With Six Fingers."

Kusturica co-wrote the script with Gordan Mihic, but production is not set to start until 2011 because of Depp's busy schedule.

Salma Hayek is also in talks to co-star.

Variety told us that "the Spanish-language biopic is to be shot partly in Mexico, where Villa -- an early 20th-century bandit who became a guerilla fighter and a hero to the poor -- is an iconic historical figure. Depp will act in Spanish, Kusturica said."

Depp previously worked with Kusturica in the 1993 flick "Arizona Dream."

Jason Reitman is my favorite director right now! He's smart, witty, and his films have all been memorable. "Up in the Air" is one of my favorite films this year! Definitely!
