Sneak Peek: Natalie Portman in "The Black Swan"

Production for Darren Aronofsky's "Black Swan" has begun in New York City. The film is set in the world of New York City ballet about a ballerina (Portman) who's competing with a rival dancer. But is the rival a ghost or is Portman's character just having a mental breakdown?

Supposedly, this film will be very intense, and there's a possible sex scene between Portman and Kunis! Huh? Is that so Portman's character will be able to verify that Kunis is not a ghost? Hhhmmmmm....

"Black Swan" is set for release next year from FOX Searchlight. But if you want to see early photos from the film, click here.

The true-to-life football drama "The Blind Side" scored a touchdown over "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" with a victorious $20.4 million weekend. "The Blind Side" stole the No. 1 position from werewolves and vampires.

"Ded Na Si Lolo" Movie Review -- the Oscars Best Foreign Film Entry of the Philippines!

"Ded Na Si Lolo" ("Grandpa is Dead") is the entry of the Philippines to the 82nd Annual Academy Awards for the Best Foreign Film category. The dramedy is written and directed by Soxy Topacio starring Gina Alajar, Elizabeth Oropesa, Dick Israel, Roderick Paulate, Perla Bautista, and Manilyn Reynes.

I'm proud of this movie! It blends comedy and drama well to tell the story of a death in a family told through the eyes of a child, Bobet (BJ Forbes). When his grandpa dies, Bobet learns our steep superstitious beliefs involving death.

Good luck to Topacio and company, I hope the Academy chooses this film, but for now, take a look at my movie review of "Ded Na Si Lolo" as seen on Balitang America in The Filipino Channel.

"Entourage" the Movie?

Hold on "Entourage" fans, don't get excited yet! But it seems plausible and possible. After all, HBO gave us "Sex and the City the Movie," and the upcoming sequel, so the cable network may also produce "Entourage" the movie.

Executive Producer Mark Wahlberg revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that there are two seasons left of the show, and yes, a movie!

"We'll see; there could be more," he said at the premiere of his latest film, "The Lovely Bones." "But then, a movie."

HBO seems on board with the idea.

"It is not out of the realm of possibility," an HBO spokeswoman said about the prospect of an "Entourage" movie. "Right now, the creators are concentrating on the new season."

So there you have it, "Entourage" fans, start bombarding HBO with emails requesting a film version!
