Stark Sands Talks About “Inside Llewyn Davis”

Stark Sands (“Day of the Dead,” “Chasing Liberty”) stars as Troy Nelson, a folk singer who gets drafted, in the Coen Brothers’ “Inside Llewyn Davis.” I sat down with the actor to talk about the movie and here’s what we discussed:

*** What attracted him to the character Troy Nelson?
*** His reaction when he first heard from the Coen Brothers that he got the part
*** Working with the Coen Brothers
*** How he prepared for the role
*** Singing live for the movie
*** My biggest takeaway from the movie is that life is cyclical
