Two of the most anticipated movies this year finally arrive this Labor Day weekend. One is Christopher Nolan’s “Tenet” but you may have a hard time seeing the film if you live in California. Second is Disney’s “Mulan” which the studio is streaming via Disney+ and a $29.99 fee.
