I was so happy to interview Yam Concepcion, Gerald Anderson, and JM de Guzman for ABS-CBN’s new teleserye “Init sa Magdamag.” Truth be told, I interviewed them at 12:30 am so I was extra giddy but the cast, especially Yam, made me at ease. Yam even said she loves me. Awwwwwww.
Here’s the official synopsis:
The story revolves around Tupe, Rita, and Peterson — and their love triangle marred with political drama and clashing dreams.
An aspiring doctor, Tupe gets falsely accused as being involved in the corrupt activities of his government official-father, affecting his relationship with Rita. Years after Tupe’s apparent disappearance, Rita finds a new love in Peter, who credits her for becoming a changed man as he pursues political office. Complications arise, however, when Tupe and Rita cross paths again, triggering Peterson’s rage.
