“Jentry Chau vs. the Underworld” Interview with Ali Wong, Echo Wu

Like “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” before it, “Jentry Chau vs. the Underworld” has teenage high school angst masquerading as the supernatural.  In the Netflix animated series created by Echo Wu, Ali Wong voices the title character.

I spoke with both Wong and Wu to talk about their interests in making the series, the character, and the series’ themes.
