It is always lovely to talk to Jude Law. Not only is he a great actor and yes, easy on the eye, he’s also very articulate when talking about his films like “The Order.” Based on the 1989 non-fiction book The Silent Brotherhood by Kevin Flynn and Gary Gerhardt, the film revolves around the white supremacist terrorist group known as the Order headed by Bob Matthews (a terrific Nicholas Hoult). Law stars as FBI agent Terry Husk.
In this interview, we talked about his interest in producing and starring in the film, his character’s dynamics with Hoult’s, and the voice of reason in the film.
“The Order” is being released in theaters by Amazon MGM Studios.
Tye Sheridan plays a young local police officer in “The Order.” In this interview, we talked about why he wanted to join the cast of “The Order,” working with director Justin Kurzel, and why the film is a great cautionary tale.
Jurnee Smollett plays Joanne Carney, an FBI agent in Justin Kurzel’s “The Order.” In this interview, we talked about her interest in joining the cast, the dynamics of the heroes in the film, and the quiet moments in the film.
Justin Kurzel is a type of filmmaker that loves analyzing the effects of violence like in his new film “The Order.” Violence in the form of white supremacy terrorism is at the heart of the film and Kurzel is quick to point out that “The Order” is a cautionary tale. I hope people will listen.
