The seventh theatrical “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” is a reboot and it’s all about acceptance. Awwwww. But should we accept this film that boasts a script co-written by Seth Rogen (who also voices the mutant warthog Bebop) and Evan Goldberg (both co-wrote “Pineapple Express” among others)?
