I had a great time watching “Kinda Pregnant” as much as talking to the cast headed by Amy Schumer and Jillian Bell. I traveled to New York City for this opportunity and welcomed the moment to see Bell again whom I’ve interviewed many times in-person and virtually. And I was excited to finally meet Schumer as well.
The film has Schumer as Lainy, a woman seemingly having it all except having a baby. So she devised a plan to fake pregnancy. Trouble begins when she meets the man of her dreams, played by Will Forte.
“Kinda Pregnant” is funny and sweet and speaks volumes about motherhood and sisterhood.
