“Maintenance Required” is a charming and sweet romantic comedy starring Madelaine Petsch and Jacob Scipio as online friends but real-life business rival not unlike “You’ve Got Mail” or “The Shop Around the Corner.” It is also fun to see Petsch not running around being chased by masked intruders like in “The Strangers” series. She’s being chased by something far more scarier – a man!
