Mason Thames Talks “Black Phone 2”

Mason Thames aka Finney is all grown up now.  The first scene you’ll see of him is how he beats a bully to a pulp.  The boy who feared violence is now part of the world he hated.  Finney is experiencing PTSD from his experience with the Grabber (Ethan Hawke) from the first film.

In this interview, we talked about his reaction upon knowing that he’s returning to the world of “The Black Phone,” his character arc, what he hopes for viewers to get after watching the film, working with Ehthan Hawke and Demian Bichir, and if he believes in the supernatural.

Madeleine McGraw is fantastic in “Black Phone 2,” she’ll make you cry!  She’s also a sweet interviewee, happy to talk about the horror sequel.  She plays Gwen in the film, the sister of Finney (Mason Thames) who has visions.  What visions await for her in the sequel?
