Netflix brings Holiday Cheer with their latest slate of Christmas movies. First on tap is “A Merry Little Ex-Mas” from director Steve Carr with script by Holly Hester. In the film, Alicia Silverstone and Oliver Hudson play a consciously uncoupling couple who had planned to have one last family Christmas together. But problem ensues, when the husband’s new girlfriend arrives. Jameela Jamil plays the other woman and Pierson Fodé is the other man out to get Silverstone’s heart.
I spoke to Silverstone, Hudson, Jamil, and Fodé about their interest in making the film, their characters, and I asked them to go deep in their hearts to express their wish for the Holidays.
