CHANNING TATUM BREAKS OUR HEARTS IN JOSEPHINE

Forget the dancing and the muscles. Channing Tatum is getting seriously emotional in Josephine, the acclaimed drama from writer-director Beth de Araújo.

Tatum and Gemma Chan play parents struggling to protect their eight-year-old daughter after she witnesses a horrific crime in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. Young newcomer Mason Reeves plays the title character, whose trauma sends the entire family into an emotional tailspin.

The film already made waves at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival, winning both the Grand Jury Prize and Audience Award. That’s quite an impressive double victory!

The newly released trailer promises an intimate, unsettling family drama, with Tatum stepping into one of his most emotionally demanding roles.

Josephine opens in select theaters November 20 before expanding nationwide December 4.

BAYWATCH IS BACK! AND SO ARE THOSE RED SWIMSUITS

Some things never go out of style. Apparently, slow-motion running on the beach is one of them!

The first full trailer for Fox’s Baywatch reboot has arrived, and this time Stephen Amell takes over the lifeguard tower as Hobie Buchannon, the grown-up son of David Hasselhoff’s legendary Mitch Buchannon.

The new series follows Hobie as his life gets complicated when his daughter Charlie, played by Jessica Belkin, decides she wants to become a lifeguard herself.

The cast also includes Shay Mitchell, Hassie Harrison, Livvy Dunn, and Noah Beck.

The original Baywatch became a global television phenomenon, transforming beach rescues, romance, and impossibly glamorous lifeguards into an international pop-culture obsession.

Can this new generation recreate that magic? We’ll find out when Baywatch premieres in January 2027.

BRAD PITT RETURNS AS CLIFF BOOTH — AND DAVID FINCHER IS DIRECTING!

Hollywood’s coolest stuntman is back, and he’s getting into even more trouble!

Brad Pitt reprises his Oscar-winning role as Cliff Booth from Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood in the upcoming Netflix film The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth.

But here’s the interesting twist: Tarantino wrote the screenplay, while David Fincher takes over directing duties.

Set in 1977, the story follows Cliff as he navigates the darker corners of Hollywood, dealing with everything from blackmail and extortion to murder and shady industry personalities.

Elizabeth Debicki, Carla Gugino, Scott Caan, and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II join Pitt in the cast.

The film arrives in IMAX theaters November 25 for a two-week exclusive engagement before streaming on Netflix December 23.

With Tarantino’s writing, Fincher’s visual precision, and Pitt’s effortless charisma, this is one Hollywood reunion worth watching.

THE TRUTH IS STILL OUT THERE! RYAN COOGLER’S X-FILES GETS THE GREEN LIGHT

Cue that iconic whistling theme music!

Ryan Coogler, the filmmaker behind Sinners and Black Panther, is officially bringing The X-Files back to television, with Hulu ordering the reboot to series.

Danielle Deadwyler and Himesh Patel will play two very different FBI agents assigned to investigate mysterious phenomena. And no, they’re not simply replacing Mulder and Scully. These are brand-new characters exploring the same strange universe.

Coogler wrote and directed the pilot, while Jennifer Yale will serve as showrunner. Original series creator Chris Carter is also involved as an executive producer.

The original X-Files, starring David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson, helped redefine science-fiction television with its delicious mixture of government conspiracies, paranormal mysteries, and monsters.

Now the big question: can Coogler capture that same creepy magic for a new generation?

I want to believe!

ZENDAYA JOINS ALEX GARLAND’S NEXT SCI-FI MOVIE

Los Angeles Premiere Of A24's "The Drama" - Arrivals

Now here’s a pairing that immediately gets my attention!

Zendaya is set to star in a new science-fiction movie from writer-director Alex Garland for A24.

Garland has become one of the most intriguing voices in modern genre filmmaking, thanks to projects such as Ex Machina, Annihilation, and Civil War. His stories often blend big philosophical questions with unsettling visions of humanity’s future.

Plot details for the new project remain under wraps, but the combination of Zendaya’s star power and Garland’s provocative storytelling is already enough to make this one worth following.

After all, Garland rarely makes science fiction that’s just about spaceships and special effects. His movies tend to get inside your head—and stay there.

BRENDAN FRASER AND RACHEL WEISZ REUNITE FOR THE MUMMY!

Now this is the kind of Hollywood reunion that makes me smile!

Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz are back together for a new installment of The Mummy, reuniting as Rick and Evelyn O’Connell more than two decades after their last adventure together in The Mummy Returns.

The two have reunited on set in London, with directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett taking the reins.

Even better for longtime fans, the new film will disregard the events of 2008’s The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, which featured Maria Bello in place of Weisz.

The new adventure is scheduled for October 15, 2027.
